    Benefits for one individual.

  2. Couple Membership: $75/year
    Benefits for two adults.

  3. Family Membership : $150/year
    Benefits for two adults and children under 18 living in the same household.

  4. Business Membership: $250/year
    Benefits for businesses to be part of the Polish community.

  5. Lifetime Membership (Individual ONLY): $1000
